About Us
Mission and Vision
Summus Universalis Investment Holding Corporation (SUIHC) is committed to shaping tomorrow’s society by addressing the inherent needs of humanity.
We do this by focusing on sustainable projects aimed at healthy food production, developing alternative energy systems and applying ecological housing models that promote harmony with the planet.
Our purpose is to create resilient, self-sufficient communities around the world, using innovation to drive positive change.
Organizational structure
SUIHC is the Holding Company responsible for the management of the certificates that are placed in private foundations in cooperation with umbrella non-profit organizations with the same altruistic purpose, whereby the management of the real estate is separated from the activities.
Together with our partners, we create a network of interconnected, progressive communities.

Management and Governance
Certificate Management
SUIHC places its certificates in one of the selected private foundations that take on the management in consultation with the investors. SUIHC wants transparency and informs each certificate holder about the associated risks, rewards and governance structures.
The certificates offer investors a way to participate in the growth of our international companies, while supporting projects that promote local self-sufficiency and social impact.
The private foundations act as the driving force behind our activities and focus on long-term social impact rather than short-term profit.
Purchase and Sale of Certificates
Investors interested in acquiring certificates can contact us to discuss the most suitable legal structure for their investment. The certificates are re-evaluated annually at the annual general meeting.
Foundation and Board
The private foundations ensure that the responsibilities and liabilities of our projects are clearly divided. They work together with various umbrella non-profit organizations that will be responsible for the activities under the altruistic goals.
This structure ensures transparency, departmental accountability and sustainable growth in every project we undertake.
The foundations’ board consists of experienced professionals with expertise in real estate, asset management and sustainable development.

Our Projects
Current and Ongoing Projects
SUIHC is actively involved in several international projects in various sectors.
Through partnerships with individuals, legal and juridical entities, we aim to create self-sustaining communities where individuals can thrive, while respecting local traditions and ecosystems.
Our focus is on integrating innovative solutions and promoting global cooperation while respecting local customs.
Future Projects
SUIHC has ambitious plans to expand its global portfolio. Our future investments will continue to focus on sustainable living, healthy, pesticide-free food, circular economies and scientific research that contributes to the well-being of society.
We welcome the involvement of like-minded innovators to build tomorrow’s society together with us.
Sustainability and Social Responsibility
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy
At SUIHC, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on environmental stewardship, social fairness, and strong governance (ESG principles) to create projects that have a lasting, positive impact on both local and global communities.
By integrating renewable energy systems and sustainable agricultural practices, we reduce our environmental footprint and associated costs, while promoting self-sufficiency in the broadest sense of the word in all regions where we operate.
We continue our exploration of sustainable development through a holistic approach, examining the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 11 to 17. These goals span various aspects of society, economy and governance, all of which play a crucial role in shaping a sustainable future.
From resilient communities to responsible consumption and partnerships for the goals, with an emphasis on collaborating with expert organisations to maximise positive impact.

Ecological living arrangements
11. Sustainable Cities and Communities:
Urban Agriculture: Sustainable agricultural practices, such as vertical farming or community gardens, can be integrated into urban landscapes, providing local, fresh produce and promoting community engagement.
Reduced Environmental Impact: By embracing regenerative practices, agriculture can reduce pollution and contribute to cleaner air and water in urban areas.
12. Responsible Consumption and Production:
Organic Agriculture: Sustainable agriculture often involves organic farming, which eliminates or minimizes the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, promoting healthier and more sustainable food production.
Crop Rotation and Diversification: Regenerative agriculture encourages crop rotation and diversification, reducing the need for chemical inputs and improving soil health.
13. Climate Action:
Carbon Sequestration: Practices such as agroforestry and cover crops, which are integral to sustainable agriculture, enhance carbon sequestration and contribute to climate change mitigation.
Reduced Emissions: Sustainable farming methods, such as precision farming, help minimize greenhouse gas emissions associated with traditional farming practices.
14. Life Below Water:
Water Conservation: Sustainable agricultural practices prioritize efficient water use, thereby reducing overall demand on water resources and supporting the health of aquatic ecosystems.
River Buffer Zones: Implementing regenerative agriculture involves maintaining buffer zones along water bodies, which prevents agricultural runoff and maintains water quality.
15. Life on Land:
Biodiversity Conservation: Sustainable agricultural practices, including agroecology, aim to conserve biodiversity by avoiding monocultures and promoting the natural balance of ecosystems.
Soil Conservation: Regenerative agriculture techniques such as cover crops and minimal tillage prevent soil erosion and degradation, maintaining the integrity of terrestrial ecosystems.
16. Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions:
Fair Trade Practices: Sustainable agriculture often involves fair trade practices, which promote social justice and contribute to the development of strong and transparent agricultural institutions.
Conflict resolution: By addressing issues such as land tenure and resource distribution, sustainable agriculture can help prevent conflict in rural areas.
17. Partnerships for the Goals:
Collaborative initiatives: Sustainable agriculture encourages partnerships between farmers, communities and organizations, and promotes joint efforts to achieve common goals.
Knowledge sharing: Sustainable agricultural networks facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices, promoting collaboration towards shared sustainability goals.
In summary, sustainable and regenerative agriculture can contribute significantly to achieving SDGs 11 to 17 by promoting environmentally sound practices, strengthening resilience and fostering collaboration between different stakeholders. Embracing these principles in agriculture is crucial for building a more sustainable and equitable world.
Investment strategy
Strategic Goals and Focus
SUIHC focuses on investments that promote sustainable development and are in line with our altruistic mission. By investing in local self-sufficiency, the costs will become lower and lower over time, while the initial investments will leave their long-term effects, with the profits always being reinvested in the altruistic goals.
Our strategy focuses on creating and managing communities through real estate investments, agricultural innovations and energy solutions.
We prioritize projects that seamlessly integrate with local ecosystems and support circular economies.
Critical factors in selecting real estate include:
- the presence of water as a necessity for local self-sufficiency
- the quality of the arable land
- the potential for the new community to develop in collaboration with other existing communities, creating a broad network for stimulating a circular economy
Sectors and Markets
We invest in a variety of sectors, including real estate, renewable energy, agriculture and housing. Our goal is to build a global network of interconnected, self-sustaining communities that foster sustainable relationships and create shared value.
We want to create a north-south corridor that increases well-being and prosperity through fair, transparent pricing.
Today, we are already established in the United States, Europe and Africa.
